矿井提升设备是沿井筒升降人员,提升煤炭、矿石、物料的机械设备,是我们俗称的煤矿“四大件”之一。立井提升机在矿山运输中的作用非常大,常被人们称为矿山的“咽喉”。中平煤能化集团一矿北一风井就使用了KMD8×4多绳摩擦式提升机(布置简图如图1)。根据煤矿安全规程规定,每隔两年,无论提升机的钢丝绳使用情况如何,都必须给予更换,新更换的钢丝绳,经过加载运转使用要不断的被拉长,拉长后钢丝绳会使主副罐笼分别到达上下井口时不能同时到位,所以必须先让一侧罐笼到位装车后,再对另一侧的罐笼进行对罐,然后再装车;这样以来会使整个提升机的运转效率变的很低,因此提升机的维护人员必须在提升机更换完新钢丝绳后对新钢丝绳进行不断的调整,直到新钢丝绳不再伸长为止。传统的调绳方式主要通过截绳的方式,而液压式张力平衡装置虽然也能调绳,但现有的液压式张力平衡装置调节距离比较短,调绳的范围非常有限,所以如何能对提升机的张力平衡装置进行一定的改进,使整个调绳过程变得既简单快洁,又能保证每根钢丝绳的张力平衡就成为一个实用性很强的课题。因此本课题主要研究的内容是:1、对提升机的张力平衡装置进行优化设计改进,增大张力平衡装置调绳行程的长度,在满足张力平衡装置体积小、重量轻、安全可靠的前提下,以达到只对张力平衡装置进行打压调绳就能满足提升机的调绳的要求,以保证用最短的时间完成对钢丝绳的调整,从而为矿山节省大量的人力物力;2、对优化设计后的张力平衡装置进行安全性能的有限元分析,从理论上分析优化设计后的张力平衡装置是否满足生产现场的使用要求。
