参加今年高考作文评阅工作，在赞叹众多文质兼美的佳作之余，也被抄袭作文的普遍存在深深震撼了。整个阅卷过程仅被发现的就有31篇文章被不同考生抄袭（其中涉及的考生绝对不仅仅是31人），其中包括《盲人与导盲犬的故事》《心田上的百合花》《历史从那一夜开始》《生命的化妆》《在等你说谢谢》《一位母亲与家长会》等等。应该说作文的成败直接关系着高考的成败，高考的成败又直接关系着考生的前途命运。这么多考生何以甘冒一败涂地的风险剽窃他人作品？我们的作文教学到底出了什么问题？语文教育工作者又应该采取怎样的对策？笔者谨就此谈以下几点思考。 反思一：作文教育与做人教育严重脱节 综观我们的语文教学特别是作文教学，尽管“文以载道”的口号几乎人人在喊，但教学中真正传给学生“道”的又有几人？或许有些老师也在跟学生提“有好品行才能写出好作文”，但也只是点到为止。平时对学生作文中的不良现象常常是睁一只眼闭一只眼；有的教师打着“作文反对抄袭，但绝对不反对模仿”的旗号鼓励学生模仿，但对模仿的尺度缺少把关。一时间学生对“模仿”之说颇感兴趣，纷纷响应号召。一方面由于老师阅读面的局限，抄袭作文未能发现，另一方面发现了又怕指出来打击学生的积极性而未加指出，于是大量的抄袭作文涌入语文课堂，剽窃作品被当成范文的不乏其作，这不能不在某种程度上助长抄袭之风，也必然在一定程度上助长学生好逸恶劳、喜走捷径、甚至荣辱不分的不良习性。这种品质必然带来形形色色的不良现象，高考剽窃不过是豹之一斑而已。事实上，我们并不怕学生出现问题，因为这正是我们教育学生的契机，所谓“教室因为出错而美丽”说的正是这个意思。关键是我们能否以高度的责任感和使命感去捕捉这些契机，适时地引导教育学生，教育他们“老老实实做人，踏踏实实做事”，如果不能这样，“错误”只能永远是错误。 对策：作文与做人相辅相成，所谓文如其人是也。我们应当明确教育的目的是为了“人”。无论是讲课文还是讲作文，都应该把“人”字放到第一位；以“人”作为重要标准。在“育智”与“育人”之间的选择直接影响教育的方向。我想，只有把我们的学生培养成为明是非、辨美丑、知善恶的人格健全的人，才能从根本上杜绝作文抄袭现象。但我想这些问题并不只是语文一门学科的任务，教育的各个方面都应伸出扶助之手。 反思二：功利主义使学生写作个性严重沦丧 《语文课程标准（实验稿）》强调了作文重在“有个性的表达”，然而现行高中作文教学却在很大程度上背离了这一指导思想。写作在很多师生眼里不是为了说真话、抒真情，而是为了在考试中得高分。高考考什么就练什么，近几年围绕着话题作文穷追猛打，无止无休；更有甚者，指导学生大背范文，并美其名曰“以不变应万变”。这种功利主义思想使作文教学陷入机械操作的程式化之中：认为只要练熟几种基本的格式，作文自可得心应手，游刃有余。于是老师将各式文体抽象概括为各种基本套路，按起承转合等基本技巧亦步亦趋，不容许丝毫的旁逸斜出，多情善感、富于幻想的青少年在这种作文教学现状中被捆缚住手脚，畏首畏尾，人云亦云。久而久之，学生题材仓库空空如也，想象天地逼仄狭小，语言形式呆板贫乏。失落了学生个性的作文，是没有灵魂的作文。无疑，在高考的巨大压力面前，我们语文教师面对各个方面巨大期望，把写作知识的讲解传授及“印证性训练”放在首要位置，也许是一种无奈之举。但忽视了“生活的感悟”“语言的积累”“情感的熏陶”，把作文当成“纯工具训练”，使本应最具个性品质，饱含人文价值和人文底蕴的作文，被当成一种庸俗的文字游戏，使学生在学习写作中学会了迎合别人，不会依照自己的真实感情来说话，这不但不能写出好的作文，而且还严重销蚀着学生的独特个性和心灵本真；这不但严重束缚学生思想，扼杀着学生个性，甚至还误导着虚伪。那么高考作文中出现众多的抄袭现象便也不足为怪。我们不得不沉痛地承认，作文教学陷入如此境地，语文教师难辞其咎。尽管我们也有很多无奈。 对策：“世界上没有任何东西比人的个性更复杂，更丰富多彩。”（苏霍姆林斯基）那么，由每个丰富多彩的个性产生出来的精神火花，应该是千姿百态、绚丽夺目的。培养学生的作文个性，既需要建立以人为本的作文教学思想，从塑造学生健康人格的角度，创设一个尊重个性、崇尚个性的文化环境，更需要语文教师以开放的胸襟和前卫的人文理念，实实在在地让学生张扬个性。多类型、多样化地扩大学生视野，让他们在自己喜爱的不同活动中获取不同体验和感受；也可以放开内容，拓宽渠道，强调关爱生活、亲近自然。使其自由联想，敏捷地展开思路，流畅地表情达意，体现生命各异的风采。又有谁敢说这样教出来的学生在高考中写不出
