关于大脑功能的研究，是现代科学最深奥的课题。人的平均脑量有1400克, 由140亿个神经细胞组成的大脑是人体中最复杂的部分，也是宇宙中已知的最为复杂的组织结构。大脑是人体的神经中枢，人体的一切生理活动，包括脏器的活动、肢体的运动、感觉的产生、肌体的协调以及说话、识字、思维等，都是由大脑支配和指挥的。大脑的复杂性，还在于神经细胞在形状和功能上的多样性，以及神经细胞结构和分子组成上的千差万别。人类对自身的认识经历着漫长而痛苦的过程，仅在认知自己的大脑左右半球问题上，就花了200年的时间。

探讨游戏规则设计与其形态、功能设计之间的关系，不仅有利于人们更深入的认识和理解真正的儿童游戏，更有利于帮助游戏设计者及生产者创作出真正符合儿童身心发展需求。同时，对游戏规则与形态、功能设计进行探讨，也具有十分迫切的现实需要。儿童的早期教育是社会培育一代新人的初始阶段，也是儿童人格、品德、智力等方面发展的关键阶段，这一阶段的游戏活动对儿童的成长影响深远。但是，很多时候游戏的形式、功能设计没能做到“与时俱进”，不能完全满足当代儿童早期教育的需求。不管是儿童本身还是市场都迫切需要更多更好的、符合儿童成长需要的玩教具诞生。
1 游戏在幼儿园集体活动中的组织设计原则
根据年龄特点，调整游戏规则
对不同年龄阶段的幼儿必须制定不同的游戏规则。小班应以体验游戏的乐趣为主，规则简单易遵守，与游戏内容和情节一致。例如“小老鼠过河”游戏，幼儿只要抓住前一个幼儿的衣服，一个跟着一个走，就可以完成游戏。中班是初步的游戏合作阶段，可以制定一些限制性和惩罚性规则，大班可适当地引进竞争机制。例如在“狼和小羊”的游戏中，需要4名幼儿“搭架子”，游戏规则是幼儿必须看清谁是狼后才能逃跑，逃跑时不能跑出规定场所，而作为惩罚的，即被“狼”捉住的“小羊”，只能担任“搭架子”的角色，这类游戏的竞争性较强，适合大班的幼儿。另外，同一游戏由不同年龄阶段的孩子组合一起玩，可调整游戏规则，以增加游戏难度。例如“老鹰捉小鸡”游戏，小班的幼儿可四处躲跑，中大班的幼儿可6人一组排成一排拉着前面幼儿的衣服躲闪，但在游戏时，教师要控制幼儿追逐跑动的时间与运动量。
创设活动情景，激发幼儿的兴趣
很多幼儿园拥有宽阔的场地，绿树成阴、草地成片，拥有柔软的塑胶场地，非常有利于孩子们追逐、游戏。我们能够将资源进行充分的利用，进一步丰富游戏环境以及材料。在一些平整的塑胶地、水泥地上画上极富情趣的、各种颜色的“方格房子”、“圆圈”等，孩子们还能够充分利用小树林，玩起“捉迷藏”、“躲猫猫”的游戏，在构建相对宽松的集体户外活动中，有效锻炼幼儿体能，极大的激发幼儿参与游戏的兴趣，切实体验到游戏当中的乐趣。
2 游戏设计：转陀螺游戏
游戏规则
(1)适合年龄段：3岁以上;(2)参与对象：儿童、老师或家长;(3)参与人数：3人或3人以上;(4)材料用具：圆盘三层盘子一个;红色竹筒、黄色竹筒、蓝色竹筒各一个;红色积分小颗粒、黄色积分小颗粒、蓝色积分小颗粒;记分牌一个;小球、陀螺各一个。
游戏方式
以两人参与游戏为例。
(1)开始游戏：盘中放三个小球，游戏一方旋转陀螺，让陀螺撞击小球，陀螺开始旋转之后，在陀螺停止转动前，玩者都不能再继续旋转陀螺，落入顶层与中间层盘面之间凹陷处的小球不能再次放回盘中心，等陀螺停止转动时才记分，以此时小球的位置作为记分依据，记分完毕轮到游戏另一方旋转陀螺。
(2)一记分方式：小球进入红色小筒则往自己的一记分牌上套入一颗红色记分粒，进入黄色小筒则套入两颗黄色记分粒，进入蓝色小筒则套入三颗蓝色小粒。
(3)判断胜负：最先将自己的记分牌堆满记分粒者为胜者。
游戏时间
每局10-15分钟。
游戏结构
(1)竹筒与盘面之间采用塑料键进行连接，方便拆装和自由组合该塑料键的长度能同时起到阻挡小球跑出盘面的作用。
(2)盘面共有三层，顶上层与中间层之间的落差为5mm，该结构的设置主要是为了阻止没能被陀螺顺利撞击进入竹筒的小球不能回落到盘面中心，被陀螺再次撞击。
(3)盘面呈均匀凹陷状，这个结构能保证陀螺不会旋转到盘面边沿碰撞圆筒，同时，还能增加陀螺撞击小球的机会。
游戏功能
(1)游戏功能：通过竞赛的方式，让儿童及其玩伴游戏中得到紧张、激烈的，满足儿童及其玩伴的成就感。
(2)教育功能：①通过引导儿童观察力学现象，帮助他们理解力学等方面的科普知识;②锻炼儿童手脑眼协调并用的能力;③提高儿童的社会交往能力。
3 结语
随着时代的发展，游戏对于儿童的重要性越来越被国内外的幼教机构所重视。现代教育理念要求幼儿园要以游戏为基本活动，游戏是儿童的存在方式，儿童应当在游戏中度过童年，不仅仅因为众多研究者们告诉我们游戏在儿童认知、情感、社会化、身体等方面有着重要的发展价值，更为重要的是儿童喜欢游戏，游戏和吃饭、睡觉一样是基本的需求，而对于学前教育工作者而言，合理的开发和设计学前儿童的游戏资源，是开拓教学模式人性化的基础。
