1.诵读古文及现代文能力。古往今来的许许多多的大作家大文学家，无不受益于诵读。但是教师经常把课本规定的要熟读背诵的篇目段落作为课外作业轻描淡写地加以处理。这种做法常常会引起学生的逆反心理，把诵读不自觉地看成一种负担，不到临考不背书，实际上等于放任自流，疏于管理，养成了惰性。因此，诵读成绩往往很不理想，而且也不利于学生诵读能力的养成。语文就是和语言文字打交道，还有什么比在读中思，读中悟更好的方法技巧呢?

2.自学古文及现代文能力。现在使用的语文教材一般都是新编的初中语文教材，新教材体现出来的一个重要教学理念就是“以人为本”，也就是说语文教学也要以学生的全面发展为目标。要想合理利用好新教材，教师必须在教育观念和教育方式上发生根本性的转变，万万不可“穿新鞋，走老路”。我认为，学生自学古文及现代文能力的培养是实现初中语文教育观念转变的具体体现。培养学生自学文章能力的过程，其实就是一个以学生为学习主体并以学生自身发展为目标的学习过程。语文教师只有培养出学生较强的自学课文能力，才能达到“教是为了不教”的最终目的。自学课文能力是一个学生终身受益的东西。所以，语文教师要在实质上促进学生自身的发展，尤其要培养学生的自学能力。中学生对新内容常常会有一种期待心理，与其让语文教师滔滔不绝地满堂灌，倒不如让学生自己去阅读，自己主动去发现问题，探讨问题，最终解决问题，从而达到获取新知识的学习目的。通过这样的方式学习，学生对新知识会掌握得更加牢固深厚。

3.思辨思维能力。让学生学会质疑，使学生在学习中善于发现问题、思考问题、解决问题，这样学生在学习中才能有所收获，才能在学习中培养自己的创造能力。将来走上了社会，才能更加适应社会的发展需要，也能成为一个有用的栋梁之才。因此，教师在上课的时候，重点还是要拓展学生的思维空间，引导学生做纵深思考，让学生自己发现问题，解决问题。而学生解决问题的过程，实质上就是自己独立思考并自主创造的一个过程，这正是还学生以“权利”的过程。

4.表达自我能力。在课堂上往往会遇到这种情况：教师提问点名字站起来的学生，他们常常无法用语言顺畅地表达自己的思想，不是不知道，而是不知道如何说，或者说得让很模糊。结果是教师代替他把意思表达出来。这样的学生又有多大的发展空间呢?还有就是，大多数学生一见写作文就头痛，总觉得无话可说，即使勉强完成了，也是干巴巴的，味同嚼蜡，平淡无味。我认为在语文课堂中，教师应该充当“导演”，为学生铺设舞台，布置各种各样的情境，努力创设出一个让学生自由自在、无拘无束的氛围，使他们的思维在其间自由徜徉，纵横千里，尽情发挥想象。这样，学生不但会敢说，而且也会爱说，从而达到想说和会说的最佳效果。语文教师在教学过程中，可以组织学生举办一些辩论赛、故事会、演讲比赛、朗诵比赛等来锻炼学生的说话表达能力。如此一来，这样的学生将来走上社会，不仅能说会道，而且在与人的交往过程中，会明确地表达自己的意思，不至于因为不会说话而搞不好人际关系。

5.书写表达能力。语文是最重要的交际工具，这种交际工具的功能可粗略地分为两大类：一类是有声的交际功能，如当面的交谈、会议上作报告和打电话等口语交际;二是有形的交际功能，如书信、考试以及著书立说等文字的交际。在现代社会，随着各种各样媒体的增加，口才显得越来越重要，文字书写的功能虽说有所降低，但写作这种能力完全有必要加以强调。在考试以笔试为主的情况下，对学生来说，书写能力还是很重要的，因为它直接关系到学生整体得分上的高低、考试的成败，也直接影响到学生的前途，因此，切不可等闲视之。阅读答题虽没有规矩，但在语言的完整、流畅上很有讲究的。再有就是学生的书写，在书写的过程中往往很随意，写错了来回涂抹弄得卷面很不整洁。语文教师应该从开始就严格要求，让学生形成答题时的书写能力，做到规整、干净整洁，强化印象分。

三、小结

总而言之，初中语文教育教学应该始终坚持以学生为主体，让学生自己做学习的主人。教师在教学过程中，从全方位入手培养学生，千万不能机械地教书，否则只会让学生停留在浅层的识记层面。要双管齐下，让学生即掌握了知识，又具备了学习的素质。只有如此，才能使学生走向学会求知，学会做人及早成才的康庄大道。

关键词：巧设题目积累素材想象力

摘要：初中作文教学已经成为一项较难的课，对于许多语文老师来说，作文教学似乎无法可依，无规律可循。本文就目前作文教学的现状与困难，结合自己作文教学的探索与实践，对刚迈入初中阶段的九年级学生的作文教学提出自己的意见与建议。我认为巧设题目、激发学生兴趣，让学生勤练笔、为作文插上想象的翅膀、写身边的事情是很关键的几点。

《义务教育语文课程标准》(2011)指出初中生要做到：“写作要有真情实感，力求表达自己对自然、社会、人生的感受、体验和思考。多角度观察生活，发现生活的丰富多彩，能抓住事物特征，有自己的感受和认识，表达力求有创意。注重写作过程中搜集素材、构思立意、列纲起草、修改加工等环节，提高独立写作能力。写作时考虑不同的目的和对象。根据表达的需要，围绕表达中心，选择恰当的表达方式。合理安排内容的先后和详略，条理清楚地表达自己的意思。运用联想和想象，丰富表达的内容。”①

但是要能达到这些标准，并不是轻松的不是的事情，尤其是作文教学已经成为语文教学中的难点，许多孩子的作文水平不尽如人意，教师在教学中也无从下手，下面我把自己的一些拙见，分享给各位。

一、巧妙布置作文题目，激发学生写作兴趣。

语文教育家于漪说：“一个好的作文命题，它能开启学生心灵的窗户,打开学生记忆的闸门，开拓学生广阔的视野，对作文产生浓厚的兴趣，随着兴趣的激发，他们会运用学到的旧知识展开丰富的联想、把知识连成事、扩成篇，化知识为能力”。的确如此，

1、根据单元所学内容，布置相关作文题目，学以致用。

人教版语文教材的编排，是根据同类相关的知识进行的编写。例如：人教版九年级上册第三单元，就是全部写景的文章，有《春》、《夏感》《秋天》等，在学习课文时，对于景物的描写的学习较多，于是我布置了一篇写景的题目，这样学生可以学以致用，也有助于学生掌握描写这种表达方式。

2、结合相关节日，布置作文，激发学生真情流露。

比如“ 感恩节 ”时，我就布置了一篇《，我想对你说》，许多孩子都写了《妈妈 (爸爸)，我想对你说》，文章就感人至深。

我激发学生在写作时要注重关注细节，最打动自己的地方，最令你印象深刻的情节，表现出来，把真实的情感表达出来。

学生范文之一“也许我早已漠视你在天气寒冷时对我的叮咛，早已对你的批评教育充耳不闻，早已忽视了您十几年如一日对我无微不至的照顾，甚至对您在忙碌了一天拖着疲惫的身子仍然精心准备的晚餐挑三拣四。如今长大的我深刻的明白我错了，我不该忽视您伟大的母爱。”

最后一处写的尤其好，就是善于发现最打动自己的地方，抓住了细节描写，效果较好。

二、学习模仿，勤练笔。

好的文章一定要学习他人的优点，对于初中的孩子来说，学习优秀文章的一些写作方法是必要的，只有学习积累了，才能为之后游刃有余的进行自我的文章创作打下基础。

例如学习了《羚羊木雕》，在写作上，我把它归纳为“叙事-抒情”型，因此，要求学生模仿这种模式，以及注意课文中的环境描写进行写作，写一篇“你与朋友”为主题的文章。

学生跟朋友的友谊是很真诚，很美好的，只是因为作文水平有限，没有把感情表述到位，那么教师对学生进行方法指导就极为必要。

学生按照要求进行写作，水平有很大提高。

六年的友谊，面临着残酷的考验，会断吗?

我不知道。

我只知道，你是我六年以来最美好的回忆。还记得那次吗?

天空又划过一道闪电，像是窗户上的一道裂痕。黑色的天空愈发低沉，一场暴风雨即将来临。

我坐在教室里，手托着头，忧愁的望着窗外的天空。我没有带伞。

课很快下了，而雨却丝毫不停歇，楼道里的人渐渐少了，还好有你陪我。

最后，楼道里却只剩我们了，可还是没有人接我。我看见你手里的伞渐渐抬起来了。

……

第二天，刚走进教室，便看见你红彤彤的鼻子和你身旁一大堆的纸。

看见我，你立刻又露出满脸的明媚。

从此以后，你我的关系更好了。

这篇文章是经过修改后的一篇优秀文章，感情很真挚，学生懂得了要运用多种表达方式，贴切的表达自我的情感，改掉了以前单一表达方式的写作方式，作文有很大进步。

三、积累素材，展开想象，给作文插上想象的翅膀。

孩子的想象力很丰富，好的作文一定要让学生展开想象的翅膀，遨游在文学的海洋。

丰富的想象，一定要基于现实，基于大量资料的积累才能有效展开。而资料的搜集与交流也有助于想象的发挥。

因此，我让学生平时注重搜集精彩文章片段，名人名言，小故事等等，为写作积累素材，并为想象打下基础。

对于说明文单元，学生觉得比较枯燥，学习兴趣不浓厚，我布置的作文题目让学生展开丰富的想象力，这样不仅巩固了教学，对写作也有极大的帮助。

例如：我布置了一篇《登上月球》的作文，要求首先搜集相关资料，比如关于月亮的诗歌、神话故事、科学知识等等，先在班级内交流。

这之后学生展开丰富想象，进行写作，学生天马行空，展开想象，效果良好。

四、体验生活，有感而发。

下了场大雪，我布置一篇关于“冬日的风景”的文章，学生就可以把与雪亲密接触的地方表现出来，写出孩子的快乐，写出学的晶莹美丽。

让学生观察身边的事情、小动物。

说明文单元比较平实，所以我让学生仿写作文，写自己养小猫小狗等小动物、养蚕、养鸟等经历，激发学生的兴趣。

有学生写的《猫和狗》生动精彩。

午后，阳光落在窗台上。一只猫和一只狗也在饱餐后享受着阳光的沐浴。

……

我坐在一旁看着暴风雨的前夕。

狗很没耐心，几次抓不到尾巴。这次，它鼓足了劲儿，闷哼了一声，极速冲过去咬住了猫的尾巴。猫因疼痛睁开半眯着的眼，伴随着一声尖叫，立刻跳起来，转过身对着狗。猫正准备用爪子抓狗那肉嘟嘟的脸——狗躲不及猫的利爪，不小心从阳台上掉了下去。

我清楚的看见猫竖立起来的毛，等狗掉下去，它又渐渐平复了心情，安详的卧在原处，眯起眼睛。不过，它可没像刚刚那样放松警惕，时不时睁睁眼，再拍打一下尾巴。狗现在又偷偷摸摸的躲在猫后面准备报仇啦!就在它刚准备去咬猫时，猫一转身灵巧地用爪拍了一下狗的头，以王者姿态居高临下地盯着狗。

狗被拍到了，痛得嗷嗷叫，但似乎没人理它，便气愤地向猫攻击。猫落荒而逃，于是就上演了“狗追猫”的情节。

我一直告诉学生要注意观察细节，把自己平时最感兴趣的情节表现出来。我觉得正是让学生从生活中的一些事有感而发，再交给一些写作要注意的细节描写，生动展示出来，就会达到很好的效果。

总之，初中的作文教学是语文教学的一个难点，尤其要对于刚刚步入初中的学生写作下工夫，给他们打好作文基础，这需要教师不断进行实践探索作文教学。巧妙设置作文题目，既能激发学生的写作兴趣，又可以让学生有感而发，“我手写我心”，流露真实的情感。对于有很多有趣生活积累的同学，故事本身很有趣，也有生活感悟，但是因为语言表述等问题，不能写得很精彩，就要教师不仅在课堂上讲解一些写作技巧。更要让学生多看、多学习，甚至是模仿优秀文章的叙述模式，表达技巧等，“勤练习”。“想象”和“写身边的事”也是很重要的，孩子想象力丰富，我特别注重保护他们的“想象力”，好的文章要插上想象的翅膀，但“想象”也要基于现实、基于描写等，所以平时要让学生积累素材。对于某些文章，只写现实没有想象，那么文章就少了画龙点睛之笔;直接写想象，没有现实做基础也会觉得很突兀、不自然，似乎是“无水之源，无本之木”。②

对于初中的语文作文教学，还有很多地方需要我们继续探究、发掘，但九年级开好头，尤为关键，需要我们教师不断努力，跟学生一个好的开始，我相信：“好的开始，是成功的一半。”
